Scope of Services

Reiki is a gentle, energy-based wellness practice intended to promote relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.

Reiki sessions are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients are encouraged to continue working with their licensed healthcare providers for any medical concerns.

Appointments

Sessions are scheduled in advance to ensure a calm and uninterrupted experience for every client.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to respect the time reserved for other clients.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to the full session fee. This policy helps protect the time reserved specifically for you.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment and do not provide notice may be charged the full session fee.

Payment Policy

Payment is due at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Accepted forms of payment may include:

• Cash
• Credit or Debit Cards
• Electronic Payment Methods (if available)

Refund Policy

Because time and energy are reserved specifically for each client, services already provided are non-refundable.

If a session must be canceled with appropriate notice, it may be rescheduled.

Professional Boundaries

Vitality Health & Wellness is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment.

Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session, and services may be discontinued.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for communicating their comfort level during sessions.

Reiki is intended to be a supportive and relaxing experience, and adjustments can always be made to ensure your comfort.

Confidentiality

All client information and session discussions are kept confidential and treated with respect and discretion.
